These Pricing Policy (“Terms”) outline the terms and conditions governing your use of our platform for listing properties for sale or rent. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Users (Sellers, Buyers, Agents, Developers) reserve the right to list their properties and set their desired prices. All prices for product listings sold through this Site are quoted in Nigerian Naira, and are valid and effective only in the Federal Republic of Nigeria at the time of posting. For clients outside the Federal Republic of Nigeria, we reserve the right to charge a higher price or additional fees for such real estate listings. We reserve the right to, at any time, and without prior notice, change or discontinue information, availability and pricing on any listing on our Site, without incurring any obligations to you or any other party. You are responsible for any applicable taxation from your jurisdiction.

By using the Site or the Services, you agree to the following terms.

  1. Listing Fees

The following fees are applicable to every lisiting depending on the User’s profile:

  1. Developers: A fee of 10% of the listing price will be charged upon a successful sale.
  2. Agents: A fee of 5% of the listing price will be charged upon a successful sale.
  3. Landlords or Original Home Owners: A fee of 10% of the listing price will be charged upon a successful sale.
  4. Classified Ad Fee: If you wish to have your listings featured at the top of our website’s homepage, social media networks, Press Release channels, and other third-party sites, a classified ad fee of 2500Naira will be charged. This service is meant for users who want better exposure for their listing.
  5. Rental Listings
  6. For properties listed for rent, the following fees are applicable:

     ~ Legal fee: 5%

     ~ Service Charge (varies according to the property type and the sales price on the listing). The fee ranges from N20,000-N250,000.

  1. Short-Let Apartments
  2. For short-let apartments, a fee of 5% of the rental cost will be charged.
  3. Payment:
  4. All fees must be paid in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are non-refundable.
  5. Payments can be made through any of the following channels: Bank Transfers, Cheque, or Wire Transfers (for international payments). In closing the deal, Aladiah payment info will be sent to the payer via email or SMS.
  6. Content and Responsibilities
  7. By listing properties on our website, you acknowledge and confirm that you have the authority or rights to sell or rent those properties.
  8. You are responsible for the accuracy, authenticity and legality of the information provided in your listings.
  9. We reserve the right to remove any listings that violate our guidelines or applicable laws.
  10. In any cases where property/land deals do not directly involve Aladiah Worldwide Limited as a party or stakeholder, we are not responsible for any disputes or transactions between buyers and sellers. Any such issues should be resolved directly between the parties involved.
  11. Privacy
  12. We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  13. Intellectual Property:
  14. All contents or information on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our contents without prior written permission.
  15. Modifications and Termination
  16. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our services, features, or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  17. Limitation of Liability
  18. We strive to provide accurate and reliable information, but we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the content on our website.
